Return Policy

All full priced items can be returned within 30 days of your order and will be refunded to your original form of payment. To initiate a return within the allowed return window, email sales@slswares.com.
 
Original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
 
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, as well as being free of deodorant, perfume, makeup, and smoke, with the SLS Wares tag still attached.
 
Sale items are Final Sale.
 
We will inspect all returned items upon receipt. Any returns which fail to comply with the above policy will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. We will not process the return until the item is received by us.
  
Due to our limited and changing inventory, we are unable to guarantee availability for an exchange. 
 
We inspect all items before shipping, but if you do receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. Email us at sales@slswares.com with pictures of the damaged/defective area along with your order number. Tags must be attached, and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of merchandise or it will not be accepted.
